One Fruit to Eat Daily If You Suffer From Constipation

Ease the burden of suffering chronic constipation by eating this one fruit

Constipation is one word most people feel quite embarrassed to admit.

Unfortunately, constipation is often very painful, making everyday life challenging. It happens to affect people worldwide.

There are many causes of constipation, and our bodies experience it in many different ways.

Some people are much more sensitive to emotions, stress and food than others. These small challenges can make it hard to abide by nature’s calling.

One fruit that helps move those hard-to-expel stools is the good old-fashioned prune theory.

One study showed that those who consumed about 50 grams of prunes for three weeks daily were able to poop more consistently and frequently than those who used psyllium fibre.

Some people may not experience those benefits. Instead, too many prunes can cause diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Plus, I’m not sure how strict you are with consuming sugar.
