I don’t feel the need to look younger than I am, but as I get older, I do want my body to perform like it’s younger than it is. I also want to feel physically younger than I am.
No one wants their back to hurt all the time or feel like they should decline an activity because they’re “too old.” We also don’t want to be at risk of pulling a muscle because we had to do a sudden movement…
