The treadmill is going faster and faster. The music is blasting in my earbuds. My legs are on fire. I enjoy that feeling. I know I go even faster for at least 1 more minute. I do it. The thrill is real. Runner’s high is real. I stop. My whole body burns, sweat is running down my face, I feel dizzy. Now let’s start the actual workout.
