My sister-in-law, Caroline*, is a superwoman.

She works full-time, has three children under the age of five, and somehow manages — with her husband’s help— to get everything done around the house. Whenever I want to complain due to my ‘busy’ schedule, I think of Caroline and snap out of it.

However, her busy-yet-organized life comes at a price…

Herself.

“I haven’t taken care of my health in years,” Caroline told me recently. “I have no clue how to start. I have no time.”
