With so much information about diet and exercise available online, it’s no surprise that people turn to good o’l Google to get answers to their most pressing health and fitness questions. But finding reliable advice amid all the noise can be challenging.

As a health and fitness coach with almost 30 years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand the confusion people face, especially when trying to lose weight, build muscle, and feel better in their bodies.
