The most important part of weight loss is NOT calorie deficits, compound lifts, or tracking your weight

The internet is filled to the brim with articles and videos saying that being in a caloric deficit is the way to lose weight. While that is true and I do agree with that, I don’t think that it’s the key to weight loss.
