A low carbohydrate, high fat diet (LCHF) might be the healthiest weight loss diet that also can improve various healthy biomarkers. Most of the popular diet today pulls from low carb, high fat in one way or another with the key metric controlling carbohydrate intake to normalize blood sugar and increase fat loss.
