Proper Sleep is vital for our health and overall well-being throughout our life. Without getting enough rest you are frequently depriving yourself of sleep, putting your life at risk of serious medical conditions or chronic diseases such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes which would also shorten your life expectancy.

Everyone feels their best when they had a good night’s rest, so sleep should not be neglected.

It is important to make an effort to get enough sleep regularly, as a good quality of sleep is essential for us to function properly. Here’s one tip; if you wake up tired and spend the day longing for a chance to take a nap, it is more than likely that you are not getting the right amount of sleep that is required to function properly.

But how much sleep do we actually need?

Well, it really depends and varies according to our Age Group. For an adult; most of us need around 7–9 hours of sleep and for Senior Citizens, it is required to sleep for 7 to 8 hours as what the National Sleep Foundation had advised

Babies, Kids, and teens are required to have more even sleep to enable their growth and development. For Infants’, they need up to 14 hours of sleep, Children‘s sleep range is about 9 to 11…
