The supplement industry is a billion-dollar cesspit of snake oil salesmen.

Most supplements are worthless — some go as far as branding lethal chemicals as “fat loss” pills.

Even the handful of supplements that work can’t make up for poor sleep, dirty eating, or half-assed workouts.

They only supplement your base routine — boosting it from 95% to 100%.

Having experimented with my fair share of supplements over the years, I want to share the only 4 I’ve stuck to.

Backed by research and anecdotal evidence, these potent supplements are light on your wallet as well.

A Boon for Deep Sleep with Vivid Dreams

Thanks to my bipolar tendencies and volatile anxiety, deep sleep has always eluded me.

In one of my web-surfing research attempts, I stumbled upon ZMA — an amalgam of zinc, magnesium aspartate, and vitamin B6.

Apart from a 2000 study that found spikes in testosterone and GH levels, there isn’t much research evidence — but there’s a ton of anecdotal evidence.
