Working out as you age is one of the hardest things to do.

As you age, working out becomes less of a priority, your energy level dips, and you think that the way to be efficient is to move less and simply do the minimum you need each day to stay fit.

It could be attempting to walk the over-popularized 10,000 steps each day (and failing on most days) or avoiding unhealthy food, but life seems pretty bland after days of trying to commit to it.

But these actions result in a vicious cycle in itself.

It’s a chicken and egg problem:

The more you stop moving because your aging causes you to have less energy, the lower your energy levels will be, which will cause you to move less, and the cycle repeats.

But the solution is simple.

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again:

Just keep moving
