A small degree of change can make a big difference when you are looking to change your body.

A great example of this is with water…

At 211 degrees Fahrenheit water boils and you can cook with it.

But at 212 degrees Fahrenheit water turns to steam and can power a massive locomotive train.

Nobody can argue that weight loss and fat loss always have to come down to some form of calorie restriction. (ok some diet gurus trying to sell you stuff still do!)
