These 3 Cardio Habits Can Seriously Age You
Exercise can and will harm your health if you do the following things
I do love to exercise.
Today, my daughter won two sprint races in her regional carnival.
She doesn’t run at all — but is naturally athletic. I take full responsibility for this trait (laughing right now).
That made me think about how inherently lazy I was at her age. All I wanted to do was paint and write, never giving a thought to exercise at all. I wonder what turned when I transitioned into my old age?
Jokes aside, during my 30’s, I was burning the candle of exercise on both ends.
I would sometimes exercise 7 days a week, for hours on end. During the morning hours, I’d take part in a class, and then in the afternoons, I would indulge in weights.
I didn’t know what ‘overtraining’ was nor what the words ‘rest’ meant! So it’s no surprise that I didn’t get results at all.
Just bloated, tired and frustrated.
In light of this, I wanted to bring to your attention some of the cardio mistakes I made that you should immediately stop!
