Food is wonderful, and I’m constantly amazed at how it can turn our life around by making some small and realistic nutritional changes.

Imagine how easy it would be to bring yourself back to better health by adding or subtracting certain foods.

What would longevity and quality of life give you now and in the future?

I picked this body of research because it’s so simple; anyone can add this nutritious fruit into their diet and attain these benefits — plus a lot more I’ve not highlighted here.

Initially, the Professors conducted this research on rats with liver damage caused by galactosamine, a powerful liver toxin.

Then, they tested 22 fruits to see which would make the most difference.

It so happened that avocados showed the most potent activity among these fruits in slowing down liver damage, according to the lead professors at Shizuoka University in Shizuoka, Japan.
