For example, you can’t hold grudges against people, that’s not harmonious energy to store within.

Also, you have to take care of your body and find a way of eating that is nutritious and that works with your lifestyle. You need to find a way of moving your body that you enjoy and that is healthy for you,(exercise regularly). You need to create a meaningful life for yourself, one in which you are doing things that you love and that make you happy.

Remember that If you want to find balance and peace in your life, it’s important to be aware of your thoughts, emotions, and actions, and how they affect yourself and those around you. Try to be mindful of the impact your words and actions have on others, and always aim to act with kindness, compassion, and respect.
