When Performing Cardio, Use This Fat Burning Method For Better Results

We all get to a point in our weight loss plan when things head in the wrong direction.

Our weight loss begins to stall, and it takes a major effort to create that shift.

The last place I’d sacrifice is nutrition at this stage.

However, altering your exercise may provide the added benefit of great success.

Fasted cardio or exercising without eating after a prolonged fast might help you shed those extra pounds or lead to greater fat loss.

I use this method & it’s worked well over the years, although there is conflicting research.

Working out in the morning certainly helps you adhere to fasted cardio.

Also, skipping a meal early in the morning is easier than later in the evening.
