Have you ever noticed that there are so many different diets out there to choose from? The paleo diet, the vegan diet, the carnivore diet, the ketogenic diet, the vegetarian diet, the pescatarian diet ad infinitum.

Have you also wondered why there are so many diets to choose from in the first place? That’s because there isn’t one diet that works for everyone.

I’m fairly new to this side of health and fitness. I was an aspiring personal trainer at one point and personal trainers are exclusively educated in training others via exercise. Dispensing diet and nutrition plans are separate disciplines reserved for credentialed professionals such as dietitians and nutritionists.

I began studying for the ISSA and ACSM personal trainers certifications but my attention span didn’t allow for me to traverse the heaps of boring…
