As the days grow shorter and the fall chill settles in, we often feel tempted to embrace a cozy, more sedentary lifestyle. While this time of year may seem like an invitation to cover up in hoodies and hibernate until the new year, it’s actually the ideal time to embark on a body transformation challenge.

There is never a perfect time when all the stars will align to allow you to focus on building healthier habits, but autumn offers a unique advantage over other periods when it comes to achieving fitness goals.

  • Summer is often a time for more relaxation than routine, filled with vacations, later nights, and social events. This can make it challenging to stick to a diet and fitness plan.
