Why I Work Out (Twice) Every Day

To break my stereotype.

Don’t get me wrong — I’m no giant, nor am I anywhere close to the best runner, rower, climber, lifter, or anything else. But I put a *lot* of time and effort in to my training. And here’s why.

My workout schedule is, ahem, intense. I keep a retrospective calendar of all the exercise I do each day. Here’s a snapshot from the end of March, 2022…

March 21st: 12km run + 2 hour push session in the gym

March 22nd: 2 x 2.4km run + 10km row
