Why It Was So Hard For Me to Lose Weight

If you’ve been trying to lose weight by starving your body and trying not to eat anything at all or by attempting to keep up with a fitness routine that doesn’t suit you (which means you’ll probably burn out quickly and stop), then you’re not approaching the goal strategically.
