The first and foremost step you need to take to make any habit is carving out a time for it.

I have been working out consistently for seven years at the same time. Now. At that hour, I can’t do anything but exercise.

You need to set a time for your workout. For me, it’s the evening, which feels incomplete without movement.

If you are a morning lark then add 20-minute workouts to your morning routine.

And it’s even better if you don’t have time to exercise in the morning because this study found that afternoon is the best time to do a smashing workout.
