Will Family Feud cause a family feud?

In those gray hours after work, when I should be at the gym, and before making dinner, there is a penchant in our home for pure trash TV. It might be Judge Judy, or my personal favorite Hot Bench (which we all call Hot Mess), but depending who controls the remote, it could also be any variety of cop shows or something actually enjoyable, like Family Feud.
Family Feud is a nostalgic indulgence for me. I’m old enough to remember Richard Dawson kissing all the women and Ray Combs swapping shoes with the female guests, but not old enough to know at the time how incredibly creepy it was.
Today, we have Steve Harvey, who has his own issues, not least among them being a misogynist and homophobe, but generally speaking the hokeyness of the show allows him to be funny without being overtly offensive. And truth be told, my partner screaming answers at the TV is far more entertaining than the show itself.
