We founded IN GOOD CO on 5 tenets. To ensure these stay top of mind, for the next few weeks we’ll look back on one tenet and add a splash of inspiration to bring them to life. Welcome to keeping us disciplined.
TENET #1: CULTURE IS A DAILY TASK
- Jump. Hoot. Holler. Run around in circles. Repeat. We’re going to The School of Life classes happening in LA in a few weeks. Excited? Hell yes. Hope to see you there!
- 3 things we’re always thinking about. The ability to take advances of all these amazing ‘perks’ on offer is critical. Walk the walk.
- Obviously we spend a lot of time thinking about culture. So it’s a good assumption they’ll be a few articles like this we post about. We especially liked David Simnick’s, co-founder and CEO of SoapBox Soaps, approach to hiring. A good fit it paramount.
- We’re not sure if Peach will be the next ‘Yo’ or ‘Ello’ quite yet but we love the magic words idea. New favorite office messaging system? Could well be.
- We love Brian Chesky’s boat analogy for running a company and complete area that culture is critical to keeping this afloat.
Have an awesome day!
