Visiting nurseries is one of my weekend rituals. I took a stroll through a large one recently, and took care to record a few visuals that fellow plant lovers might like 🙂

The cover shot is close cropped, as I wanted a clear frame with only the frisky pine. Its silhouette against the blue winter sky looked like a Christmas greetings card.

The Pennywort ground cover stopped me in my tracks as I checked out a collection of palms.

It’s amazing the way wildness captivates us with its (apparent) simplicity. Effortless allure.

In a bed of leafy green, the vibrant, delicate blooms of English Daisy presented a lovely scene.

Scientific name — Bellis perennis.

It fits perfectly, bellis meaning pretty.

Bougainvilleas are one of my favourite landscaping choices. Of course I keep adding new ones to the garden… which I guess has to stop soon due to real estate constraints 😅

Well, I love you too!

I wanted to capture the tree canopies around this flock — esp. the top right one.

With nature, art is ubiquitous.

I hope you enjoyed the photos. Scenes from Gurugram, India.
