Noodles

I’d been wanting to try this new Vietnamese restaurant for a while, and my husband and I finally went a few weeks ago. The Alley Noodle Bar is a small, bright, minimalistic place with great food. I’m not a big noodle fan, but their garlic noodles with prawns are delicious. We also shared an egg roll appetizer.

Looking back at the photo I took of the menu, I just realized these are called iRoll. There were many other funny-sounding entrees, such as What the PHO, UnPHOgettable, and goodPHOu.

My delicious garlic noodles with grilled prawns. You could substitute your protein with chicken, beef, additional shrimp, or egg roll. I’d get the prawns again if we go back.
