Disclaimer — I wrote about our travels in June 2022 as we drove to Ohio from the state of Washington in the old Winnebago Sightseer RV. As I read through this personal travel diary notebook, I thought it was a great documentation of the ups and downs, trials and successes of daily traveling in an RV full-time. Especially for newbies. I hope you enjoy it.

Okay, so last night Rich did finally drive back to the tow dolly after he rested a bit and found out the whole axle is broke in half. Seriously? I called three different places and no one will come get it and haul it away for us. They keep telling me they will take it if we can get it to them. The axle is broke stupid! How am I suppose to tow it to them? Stupid.

I don’t want to just leave it there. Rich says there is no way anyone will ever know it belonged to us. I don’t know what else to do. I called all the wreckers within an hour of here. I did get ahold of a U-haul place an hour north. We can rent a tow dolly from them for $184.00 from here to Fort Wayne, Indiana. I guess that is what we are going to have to do.
