What if the story you’re living isn’t truly your own? What if, beneath the layers of daily routine and inherited beliefs, there is a deeper narrative, a more symbolic, ancient, and utterly unique story waiting to be heard?

In my latest video (based on a talk I gave at my local Bio shop), I introduce a map I’ve been developing to help people who are going through some sort of transition reconnect with their personal myth. This isn’t just a philosophical idea; it’s a path toward deep self-knowledge and transformation. Something deeply needed in a time of uncertainty at many levels worldwide.

The Personal Myth: A Symbolic Compass

Psychiatrist and analytical psychologist Carl G. Jung described the personal myth as the inner story that gives meaning to our lives. Our personal myth is not something we invent, it’s something we uncover. This is something I have come to realise about myself after five years of walking through a dense, if I can call it this way, “Dark Night of the Soul.”
