We’re so proud of everything we have achieved with CoasterCrate so far. Hundreds of crates shipped containing over 1000 products in total, with over 10,000 unboxing views on YouTube. We sold out of our first crate, Box Zero, in just a matter of days and we’ve been overwhelmed since by all the enthusiasm and feedback of our subscribers, nothing makes us happier then hearing how much you all enjoy CoasterCrate.

Over the past 6 months we have been working on CoasterCrate, we’ve worked tirelessly on this project. From building a online presence via social media and our website, designing amazing exclusive products, sourcing great items of merchandise from leading theme parks to all the ‘boring’ bits such as printing address labels and assembling cardboard boxes, we have truly done it all!

However, the realities of running a business have also caught up with us and the lean nature of CoasterCrate leaves little room for contingency and a lot of pressure for the business to grow in order for us to produce a high quality product each month producing sufficient product to cover all of our time and effort.

In order for us a take a breath and focus on adjusting CoasterCrate to ensure our subscription is a good as it can possibly for both our subscribers and ourselves, we have today taken the difficult decision to pause CoasterCrate as a subscription service for the time being. This means we will not be charging our subscribers for, nor we will be making, our March ‘Myths and Legends’ Crate. New subscriptions are temporarily closed.

We have not taken this decision lightly. We could have shipped a low quality crate in March, or made a quick kneejerk change to CoasterCrate to try and improve it but we wanted to uphold the quality of our product and make the best decision for our subscribers.

This isn’t the end for CoasterCrate. Our CoasterCrate Shop remains open for business and offers a great opportunity for those yet to subscribe to CoasterCrate to ‘catch-up’ on all of the great products they may have missed so far. With items starting from just £3.95 including UK postage, there’s items available for all budgets and many make great gifts. In addition, we can also announce we will shortly be launching a ‘Build Your Own Box’ option, in which you can combine your favourite T-Shirt along with 4 merchandise items to build your own perfect CoasterCrate. This will be available shortly.

We will shortly also launching two questionnaires. One is for those who received CoasterCrate Space, asking for your feedback on February’s CoasterCrate. We will also be launching another questionnaire for everyone to complete to help shape CoasterCrate as a product so we can ensure we suit everyone’s wishes and needs as best as possible in future.

We want to thank all of our subscribers and fans so far and ask you to bear with us whilst we improve the CoasterCrate subscription. We can’t wait to share more details with you soon!

Help & Support

Is CoasterCrate shutting down?

No. CoasterCrate is here to stay but we are temporarily stopping our monthly crates whilst we work on our subscription product. The CoasterCrate Shop for one-off purchases remains open.

Why is CoasterCrate stopping?

We are temporarily pausing the CoasterCrate subscription service to give us time to re-think the service to ensure it offers a high quality product that we are able to cost-effectively provide to you.

I am a current subscriber. What happens to my subscription?

You do not need to do anything. You will not be charged for March’s crate (due to be charged on February 28th). Your subscription will still remain active on the system but you will not be charged a penny until CoasterCrate returns. We will contact you in good time before CoasterCrate returns so you can decide whether you wish to continue as a subscriber.

I haven’t received my Space ‘From the Earth to the Moon’ Pin Badge. Will I still receive it?

Yes. These were all dispatched on Saturday 25th February and you should receive it in the post by March 3rd.

I subscribed to CoasterCrate during February and have already been charged for March’s crate. What happens?

You will receive a refund for March’s crate and your subscription will remain active so you can start receiving CoasterCrates when the service returns.
