How to Send and Withdraw INCNT from your Dashboard

Once you’ve earned your INCNT, you might start to wonder what you can do with it, so here are some tips on how you can use some of the newest functions of the Incent Loyalty platform.

Two different functions allow you to send funds internally to other users or withdraw them from the platform to an external Waves wallet. Incent’s backend tech works almost exactly like an exchange. We hold users’ balances in a secure cold wallet, with a small amount in a hot wallet for day-to-day operations. You can withdraw your Incent to an external Waves wallet at any time which will allow you to exchange it for your preferred currency.

Our setup also lets you move balances between other Incent accounts instantly and for free with the new Send function — which is what you’ll see Rob doing when he settles the tab for the Owl House with Amir.

To SEND Incent to another marketplace user:

• Go to www.IncentLoyalty.com and log in to the platform.
• Using the drop-down menu to the right of your balance in the top right of the screen, select Send.
• Type the name of the recipient in the bar — you’ll get an instant-search list of matching names as you go — and the amount.
• Click Send. Your transfer will show up in your Transaction History tab.

To WITHDRAW Incent off the platform to a Waves wallet:

• Go to www.IncentLoyalty.com and log in to the platform.
• Using the drop-down menu to the right of your balance in the top right of the screen, select Settings and then Transfer Out from the left-hand menu.
• Enter your Waves address and the amount you want to withdraw. There’s a minimum amount and a fee for external withdrawals.
• Click Send. Once again, the transaction will show up in your history.
