Authors

Molly Bloom (she/her) is an inclusive design researcher at Adobe where she seeks to understand and improve the experiences of creatives with disabilities and helps build processes for all researchers to better engage underserved populations.

Erica Ellis (she/her) is an inclusive research and design leader addressing issues in technology and beyond like safety, oppression, exclusion, and bias. She currently leads inclusive design at Uber and previously founded and led the inclusive design team at Workday.

Nanako Era (she/her) leads inclusive research for Anti-discrimination (and formerly also In-home Accessibility) at Airbnb. She works to uncover and diminish inequities that exist for Airbnb hosts and travelers, while also creating and evangelizing inclusive practices for product teams.

Laura Herman (she/her) is an experience researcher at Adobe, where she leads research for Creative Cloud and Emerging Products. She aims to take an inherently inclusive and international approach to studying the future of creativity. Laura is also affiliated with the Oxford Internet Institute, where she examines the effect of emerging technology on the creativity of various populations.

Franccesca Kazerooni (she/her) is a Senior user experience researcher at Chime, with a primary focus on the Member experience. Previously at Airbnb, she spearheaded several initiatives across Airbnb Research to help the team adopt inclusive research practices as well as ensure participant privacy.

Liza Meckler (she/her) is a seasoned research operations professional who is a passionate champion for inclusive research. She currently manages research operations at Airbnb and was formerly a Research Operations Manager at Salesforce and DoorDash .

Emma C Siegel (they/them) is an inclusive designer, researcher and illustrator. They are currently an experience designer at Adobe, focusing on inclusion for Creative Cloud. Emma previously founded the Inclusive Design team at Workday to help product teams build equitable, accessible and ethical experiences for millions of workers around the world.
