Our constant focus has been on improving the user experience on Indee. And one of the features that our users love is the the viewer engagement bar which tells the filmmaker which scenes were viewed and which were skipped by each individual viewer.

This data adds marketing intelligence for someone when they are trying to sell their film. They can easily distinguish the most interested buyers & know exactly what scenes they engaged with the most. They can then use those parts of the film to make their pitch.

The Cumulative Engagement Graph[/caption]

To take this a step further, we’ve introduced a cumulative engagement graph which gives our users a snapshot of engagement across all the screeners they have sent out. This gives the user an excellent idea into how the film is engaging overall with all the viewers who have been sent the screener. It forms a clear picture of the most watched and the most skipped over parts of the film. If the film is at the developmental stage, filmmakers can take this data and make some edit changes to make the film more appealing or to cut a highly engaging trailer.

At the end it’s more power to the producer, while marketing their film!

We’d love your feedback. Please leave your comments below.
