30 Startups in 2 Years
This talk was held on February 19, 2020.
If you want to build a team of innovators within a company, you need to become an expert at building quickly — and shuttering just as fast. Indeed Incubator’s director of engineering walks you through the process of creating a subculture of innovation in a multi-billion dollar company.
Fostering innovation involves being open to learning from mistakes as well as successes, and this talk covers both. We learned how to build an innovation team that can more than pay for itself and dramatically change the direction of your company.
