The Indeed Product team
As most of us have experienced, finding the right job can be hard. Hiring can be too. The complexities of the career marketplace create many challenges for job seekers and hiring organizations. The Indeed Product team’s mission is to identify those challenges and create products that ease the experience for everyone.
In the past, finding a job meant visiting dozens of websites, scouring the newspaper, and networking. Our first major innovation was to collect all these jobs in one place. By offering a single search for all openings, we revolutionized the experience.
The Indeed Product team has continued to introduce new products that lead the best candidates to the best positions. Our innovations include:
