Due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus the whole world is under great tensity. The number of patients is increasing day by day. The economy of our country is facing a great fall, hundreds of people have lost their jobs, besides so many people are starving and have become homeless. Everybody is hoping and praying relentlessly for all this to come to a halt but the question remains the same that when will this end?

The havoc of coronavirus is said to originate in a meat market hub of the city Wuhan, China. Since then the number of COVID patients is accelerating daily, not only in China but all over the world. In the midst of COVID 19, floods, war, and whatnot, the ones who are affected the most are members of the human race. With this sudden outbreak, the whole world was dismayed. From cancellation of our planned proceedings to an uncertain future, we are left to stay in a confined area and kick our heels relentlessly in an aspiration for a better tomorrow. From trying new Instagram challenges, experimenting to cook various dishes, completing various series on Netflix, we did it all but the boredom still continues for some. the lockdown was imposed for about 4 months and even now when we do have some liberty to go out with the introduction of unlock1.0 by the government the conditions are even worse and are deteriorating with every coming day, due to all this the tolerance power amongst people is decreasing. Where some used the time to introspect others ended up overthinking, about will they be able to do anything once things get normal. The unfailing endurance was a major reason for discontentment among people earlier, but now it’s totally a different ball game. People are seeing this state as an end to whatever they could have achieved or would have done, due to all this a ‘bottled up’ situation is created where one’s emotions mostly negative and unpleasant are stacked up, but once it reaches its saturation point people lose their nerves and become rampant. Instead of channeling their gloomy thoughts, they turn violent towards others or themselves. This leads the way to domestic violence, depression, and even suicide.

This piece is for all those who are facing the same situation or are in the middle of getting into all of this. It’s high time now, just open your curtains and let the light illuminate even the darkest part of your room with positivity and warmth. Try finding a way to stay happy, appreciate the little things in life, and set short term goals that can be fulfilled by you. Rather than wasting your time on magnifying everything utilize this to do something productive it necessarily need not be a very big initiative or work, moves step by step. Norman Vincent Peale profoundly said ‘shoot for the moon and even if you fail you will be amongst the stars’. Giving up is never an option plus an oops! Is always better than a what if? If we lose hope now and do nothing other than waiting for the angels to shower some miracle, which is likely to happen once pigs start to fly maybe. It’s not the time to stay depressed and helpless. If this happens, the coronavirus will surely win. We need to be in time to move forward and accept the problem lion heartedly. This is what will imply the fact that India is wholly and solely against COVID-19.
