They Dramatise their Ideas & Throw down a Challenge;

They Appeal to Nobler Motives & Get Whomever should be saying Yes, to Say Yes;

They Ask Questions, rather than give Direct Orders;

They give Others a Fine reputation to Live Up to;

They Call Attention to the Mistakes of Others Indirectly & Talk freely about their Own Mistakes before Criticising Another;

They Respect the Opinions of Others;

They Try & See things from the Other Person’s Point of View;

If they are Wrong they Admit it Quickly & Emphatically; &

Being Genuinely Interested in People, They Begin in a friendly Way!
