– They Appeal to Nobler Motives & Get Whomever should be saying Yes, to Say Yes;
– They Ask Questions, rather than give Direct Orders;
– They give Others a Fine reputation to Live Up to;
– They Call Attention to the Mistakes of Others Indirectly & Talk freely about their Own Mistakes before Criticising Another;
– They Respect the Opinions of Others;
– They Try & See things from the Other Person’s Point of View;
– If they are Wrong they Admit it Quickly & Emphatically; &
– Being Genuinely Interested in People, They Begin in a friendly Way!
