I Beat Anxiety and Depression

It was the middle of the night. Covered in sweat, lips and fingers tingling, I dialed 911. My young son was in the next room sleeping, so I called my stepfather, too. He stayed with my son as the ambulance rushed me to the hospital. There I was diagnosed with, essentially, a panic attack.
