Plumbers Always have Leaky Taps — A True Story
My father was a plumber, but the house I was born and brought up in had no hot water upstairs and leaky taps. My dad didn’t prioritise these things. He was an excellent plumber and built a good business in the 1970’s and 80’s, however his attention and focus was other directed, rather than self-directed. For him the job was to pay the bills, feed and clothe the family and build a successful business. He wasn’t out to change the world, just keep the wheels on the bus. That was his W.I.N!

As an example, I cited Duke Ellington who through his organisation, presence, virtuosity, and talent management, kept is orchestra swinging at the top of their game for nearly half a century.
