Identity, in it’s pursuit is defined by the impact you create.

The path towards our endeavors, involves different kinds of people whom we encounter with, from step one to the ultimate; I have always wondered as to how people relate us to; whether its through the conversations, their perspectives, work, attire and all the possibilities flashed through.

Is there a kind of a strong, definite mark that our presence creates? A provoking question pops up as to which certainly is called ‘good networking’. A self retrospection, fast forwarded me into some realization on the aspect.

Any cubicle you enter, it could be a workplace, family or a mentorship ground; if you can predict a line to distinguish the change you embarked in them, the before and after phase of your episode, then that is your contribution and value added. We invisibly make differences to people’s lives everyday and in turn the same happens to us.

Out of my interests, I researched on how businesses operate. The key was to know the trigger to estimate the value for products of a brand and services and what makes it so influential; Why is it that certain people are ready to be offered whatever it takes to sustain their working methodologies within the company? It turns out that all of us have a brand value. This is what we are, our strengths, an irreplaceable mind and attitude, a unique way to apply the mind to resolve, that defines us and our best attributes. The more stronger this footprint is, the higher is the brand value.

I call it “Branding Yourself” ; the more you know your positives and limitations, the more confident you become.

We’re all in search for a purpose. When we find the purpose in whatever we choose to pursue, we do it even better and that creates a higher impact. Similarly when you work and help out for an organization, be it a profitable or non-profit one, “Your work is a subset of the big dreams and aspirations of the company”. Every small step you take, adds to it.

There is an impact factor within your accomplishments. A sense of fulfillment occurs internally, when we take up a responsibility, and our keen initiatives follow by. When it turns out on a positive note, after those criss-cross barriers in between, there could be nothing on par like the self satisfaction from this aspect.

In the end, you are proud of the illustrations, and there is a definite circle around you; formed by a clan who have been inspired by you and increased their heights of success.
