Light up the World

Alone in the dark
I stare at the light and watch
as it Illuminates the night,
even amidst the darkness

I Close my eyes,
and connect with the numerous hearts
presently observing this sacred moment.
And I see us as a strong force

A very strong Force
With just ONE MISSION -

TO DROWN THE DARKNESS AROUND

The darkness presenting itself as depression
The darkness presenting itself as Hate
The darkness presenting itself as resentment
The darkness presenting itself as Racism
The darkness presenting itself as killings
The darkness presenting itself as frustrations
The darkness presenting itself as oppression

And We come together,
to fight darkness
from every part of the world

We Stand as one,
and Ignite ourselves together as flame,
Standing in all its fierceness,

Sending darkness to the depth of abyss

And we proclaim that -

We are Light
And we will Overcome

We are Light
And we will shine

We are Light
And we will Love

We are Light
And Darkness will not stay

I am Light
And whenever there is darkness,
I will Shine
