There are moments that take your breath away.

Moments of clarity, moments of despair.

Days that provide answers, and days that ask questions.

Inspiration strikes us, then leaves after a brief stay.

Moments of anger, happiness, and joy.

They come and go like a friend checking in on you.

Sometimes they feel insignificant, other times they weigh heavily.

We can easily forget these moments, but they are valuable teachers.

How can you use this inspiration, why did you get angry, How do you maintain this clarity?

Moments can change your day, moments can change our lives.

We look back at moments that we wish we could have again.

At the time we didn’t recognize their significance.

It may be time to start paying attention to moments.
