I’ve spent the past two days responding to reader correspondence, and haven’t caught up yet…
This is my favourite part of the job. As often happens, one exchange has already turned into a new story, and another seems likely to do so. There are gracious compliments and tough questions, problems and personal anecdotes, anxiety and understanding and hope.
Some come from first-time readers; others from old friends who’ve been with me through the whole adventure.
I love you all. I couldn’t ask for better companions.
