MY NEW MORNING ROUTINE THAT I AM GOING TO STICK WITH!

(BOOM-accountability and intentions are set and put forth to the universe). Here is a listoid of why YOU should have a morning routine too! (Just Kidding, I would never fucking tell you what to do).
MY INTENTIONS ARE:
- Put phone on airplane mode at night. This will prevent me getting sucked into facecrack or instacrack right away.
- Wake up with alarm, bathroom, teeth, back in bed for a hott second. Close eyes and do two minute of gratitude in my head.
- Listen to this Rampage. Every. Single. Morning.
4. Get on the mat! 10 Sun salutations on my coral yoga mat.
5. Make the singing bowl sing. Be in presence. Set intentions for the day. Let me use my mind and not let my mind use me.
6. Seize the day, before it seizes me.
