For many people, a job is something to do to earn a living. Others see it as a calling. Even others see it as a way to serve. Here, I introduce a model of occupation that encompasses all of these, providing a more holistic approach to work. I hope this model can help others see their work with a larger view, and that this view offers more meaning to the work itself.
