The key to fully comprehending this Universal Wisdom lies in your Awakening. In this column, I will share with you the secrets that will help you awaken and access ways of Living an Inspired Life.

We will begin by exploring what an Awakening is, before discovering the art of letting go, the importance of gratitude and the truth of Unconditional Love.

This is an exciting and inspiring journey that many have taken before us.

This is not the realm of a select few.

This is our journey, of our collective humanity, as we discover our sacred divinity.

Yes, each and every one of us.

There is beauty, light and grace within and around us. There is kindness, compassion and unconditional love. There is joy, peace and an eternal desire for blossoming, thriving and living Life to the fullest.

And it all happens in this moment.

This breath.

This heartbeat.

For no matter where you are and what you are doing, it all happens in the present moment. In Now.
