Water and Telepathy: This is Why I Swim
An Invitation to Love Water

“What is your goal today?” She asked while tucking her hair under her swimcap pulling her brand new red suit a little tighter, while pointing at the timer.“I am going to … ” she said, before I could even reply she was gone already, I couldn’t even hear her finish her sentence. There she went. And while I saw her kick her feet, I thought: ‘Are your freaking kidding me? My goal is to Be in the water of course!’
I decided to go swimming in the YMCA swimming pool too, while my daughter has her swimteam this summer. Just like some of the other parents do.
‘Goal? Goal? Goal?’ the question still bounced back and forth in my mind. Sure I know what it is to have a goal in swimming. In my teens I had swim training five days a week; and changing your personal record was what it was all about. I even became a champion in Holland. Indeed swimming in pools was about goal setting and personal records, and seconds and milliseconds, and techniques. My pool is the Pacific Ocean, for years I swam with Dolphins, now the Ocean is still in my backyard, and I swim in this vast body of water every day. I haven’t swum in a pool for ages.
Now I had 45 minutes to be with, and in, under, and surrounded by Water. Being in the water, that was my goal.

“…Many researchers show interest in the findings of Dr. Emoto and his hidden messages in water. Some are looking for the ways to transform processes that occur in water under the influence of electromagnetic radiation of the human brain into signals that are comprehensible for computer. In other words, they want to invent a computer that would be operated by thoughts. Others want to teach water storing the binary code. There are also those who try to find out if it is possible to change physical and chemical properties of water for special purposes. Such tendencies can one day result in the situation when theoretical science will no longer have doubts about water’s memory while high tech specialists will be making “water” computers controlled by telepathy.”
This is my list why I love being in the water:
1. Water alters who I am and releases emotions
I cannot describe how happy I feel being in the water. Even to the point that it makes me laugh sometimes. There is something about a very natural state of being that always emerges. There is a natural release of emotions, and endorphins.
2. Water connects me to my body, heals and makes my body sing
In the water I can feel much better what is going on in my body. I can scan it, focus on something, get answers, and my whole body seems to be much more connected as a whole. Every part, organ or cell, get on the same wavelength, even to the point that I can hear it sing!
3. I love water and the water loves me
I cannot describe it differently than that I LOVE the water and the water loves me BACK. For me it is like being surrounded by a giant lover: I soak it all in through deep breaths.
4. The weightlessness
I love the weightlessness of it, it changes the perspective of everything. The lack of gravity, just Like I describe when I spent a year in a floatationtank.
5. Most of the intense telepathic communications I had were in or at the water
Under the waterfall, next to the shoreline, under water meeting dolphins and sharks, … and in the shower. Like I describe in my book: “Forty-Nine Days”. The first time when my lover who had just passed away, started to communicate to me, was while I was in the shower. In fact it became it whole sensuous experience in which I could feel him being with me while his body was lifeless.
6. Water is where I always feel inspired
Under waterfalls, in ponds, in rivers, and streams, in the ocean,or just in the bathtub. In big ways or small ways, I always feel inspired.
When you put your hand in a flowing stream you touch the last that has come before and the first of that what is yet to come — Leonardo Da Vinci

7. I can telepathically connect to anything I want while swimming
When I was pregnant I would swim every day and connect to my daughter. It was the best way to speak to her. If there is one place where I can experience the fact that everything is vibration, then it is in the water. Being in the water multiplies telepathic communication.
What will be your goal the next time you hit the water?
