The New Indy Dish: Why did we rebrand?

This week you might wonder what happened to Indie Dish and were surprised by many changes we made. The food on our platform has changed. The look and feel of the brand have been drastically transformed. To clear things up, let me take a moment to explain to you our thoughts behind this new “Indy Dish.”

Why did we rebrand?

Reason #1: Thai customers called us “India Dish!”: We discovered that the majority of Thai people read our name as “India Dish.” As much as we love Indian food (my favorite dish is saag paneer), our brand has nothing to do with Indian cuisine. So we changed the spelling to “Indy Dish.”

Reason #2: We are dreaming even bigger: Since day one, our mission has been to create a stronger, more positive World by making healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable. The mission hasn’t been changed. However, what is changing is the size of our dream: we want to help more people lead healthy lifestyles. The new look and feel of our brand are designed to reflect this change.

From “Clean food” to “Healthy food & Lifestyle”

The work we have done in the past 2–3 years have helped dieters and healthy food lovers enjoy eating healthy even more. Our services have been enjoyed by thousands of loyal fans that are still ordering from us weekly, and we can’t thank them enough. However, to continue our mission, we realize that we need to do more.

For the next chapter, we challenge ourselves with a bigger question: “How can we help more people lead healthy lives?” Those might be ones who want to eat healthy, but don’t have the willpower to do so. They might be ones who eat clean once in a while to get in shape, but always eventually get back to old bad habits. Some are ones who thought that they eat healthy, but actually, they are not eating the right stuff.

Our next chapter

To achieve our dream, we are changing everything we do. Here is the summary of what you can expect from us in the upcoming months:

Food: “Healthy food you can enjoy every day”

No willpower needed to eat healthy! We work with nutritionists and chefs to craft healthy meals that anyone can enjoy every day. We are also partnering with many brands to create more variety on our platform. You can expect to come to Indy Dish and find all the healthy food you need here!

Services: “Personalization & Ultra Convenience”

We know that you’re busy and eating healthy should be super easy. So we will be delivering new and improved services that make ordering food easier and more delightful.

Content & Community: “Healthy lifestyles booster”

We realized that being healthy is not just what you eat, but It’s also how you live your life. We are creating tons of engaging content and building a strong community that will grow with you on a healthy life journey.

This is just the beginning…

This rebrand is just the mark of the new beginning. We still have a long way ahead of us until we achieve our goal. We dream of the day where healthy food becomes regular everyday dishes; the day when people wake up each day full of positive energy to do what they love.
