Great article reinforcing our philosophy that when it comes to how long we work, more isn’t better. A growing amount of studies show that after a certain amount of work hours, productivity decreases and negative outcomes occur. We should add that it’s not only the amount of work that matters, but also how purposeful it is. Focusing on what matters is a great pathway to diminishing overall workload, work hours and stress.
