Letting Go

As a living, breathing, and emotional being we need to learn the art of letting go.

Sometimes as a person we are kind of difficult to letting go of something. This can be good or bad, depends on how what the things are and how we act on it.

Letting go of something maybe can be difficult if it touch our ego and sense of worth. It may also be difficult to do if the thing that we need to let go deeply intertwined with our emotion. Sometimes this is not healthy.

Stuborness maybe the opposite of letting go. Not necessarily bad if it is applied on something of worth. Stubborn on finishing a right work is important. But being stubborn on something mundane is wasteful.

Maybe to be healthy in mind, body, and soul we need to learn what are the things that okay to be stubborn on and things that we need to let go. Sometimes we might miss them, but that is okay, that is human, being human is good.

Directing our thoughts on things that are more beneficial will make us healthier. Defining what are those sometimes will be hits and misses. But the essential is that we never stop trying and learning.
