About Stipend
Stipend (SPD) will advance the vision of a decentralised platform for freelancers that will:
1) Enable anyone to post an offer
2) Allow for an individual to apply for an offer without restrictions
3) Automate the process of reviewing work through the use of a user “rating” scheme
Stipend strives to incentivise workers through a coin reward scheme and instant payment. Teams will be able to easily and efficiently disperse payments to contributors who have fulfilled the requirements of any task using the coin they desire, although those using SPD will have no fee charged. A verification process and reputation system will be built in to verify that each task was successfully completed before payment is dispersed, known as the “pre-user rating”.
There are two ways of using SPD: One can pay/receive payment for the work/task/survey directly in SPD, with a 2% fee applicable (best practice). Alternatively one can pay in a currency that is supported by the platform, such as BTC or ETH.
Why Stipend is a Masternode Project to Watch
· Hard cap amount of SPD is 19,340,594. This is the result of a consensus among developers
· SPD is a no-fee coin. This enables the user to do multiple transactions at almost zero cost.
· Working on a multi-coin wallet in partnership with other coins and other communities.
· With no transaction fees, this project has been very stable with high rewards for longer than average.
This project started February 2018, has survived multiple Masternode cycles and continues to develop with larger goals compared to many of the newer Masternode coins on the market.
