‘The Ineclectic Publications’ Shuts Down For Life

So— what’s this all about?
Dear reader, the end is nigh. That is to say, for ‘The Ineclectic Publications’. Without going too deep into it, I use it as a crutch for my own writing, it prevents me from working with others, and I grow weary of reviewing new submissions.
Yes, even the ones I love.
Especially those I love—
Anyway, I don’t know what the plan really is, but in 24 to 1165 hours, which means approximately 1 to 48 days, I will close this publication forever.
So, that’s on February 16th, 2023.
At the latest.
No stories will be deleted or removed, unless by an author’s own choice. This can be done personally, without an editor’s help, by clicking on the menu — the triple dots in the upper right corner— and selecting ‘Remove story from publication’.
They don’t kid around.
Every important relationship in your life needs an easy way out. Then, on top of your freedom being respected, it’s a testament to the strength of your bond when you stay together anyway!!
If—
Am I hinting you should stay?
No!!
You can, but the truth is, it’s got noting to do with me. You may go either way. I myself can’t presently maintain this relationship and attend to my top priorities at the same time.
If, someday, I wish to give editing another chance, then it’ll be under a new banner.
No more of this “ineclectic” noise.
I’m so tired of it.
And this is the closest I’ve been to an abandoned structure in some time. The eeriness— I miss the feeling.
Usually, it’s a late-night activity for the stupid and daring, and have I ever been both— on and off, in imbalanced amounts. Bonus points if you happen by some teenagers and they think you’re a cop? Except this isn’t that, and this building’s still open until at least late tomorrow morning.
Up to a month and a half from now.
We’ll see what happens.
Also, it’s dawned on me the concept of my previous story wasn’t as funny as I’d thought. But the text remains I-N-F-O-R-M-A-T-I-V-E—
It’s demonetized, but please do leave feedback!!!
