Little here I learnt save a strange spell,
By a little intent rouse the chemistry of hell.
Such feeble will of what elements made,
That angry hordes arrive to all acts forbade!
My musings are now routinely marred
Even a noon reverie’s ease is barred.
A siege of thoughts surrounds the physical,
How it functions at all is the miracle!
A Sisyphean obstacle I battle at night,
And repeat this labour grim by sunlight.
A plumb I cast into my heart’s deep,
And fling aspiration to soar with a leap.
O Dawn-Bringer, all I am and become here,
Is all for Thee and Thee forever.
